Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with MoonFinds. We want you to love what you order — but if something’s not right, we're here to help.


📦 Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@moonfinds.store.
Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and options.
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund (e.g., 50%) without requiring the item to be returned, depending on the product and issue.


🔧 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@moonfinds.store if:

  • the item is defective or damaged, or

  • you received the wrong item.

We'll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (if approved), and then make a separate purchase for the new item.


🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As above, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the original condition

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

💳 Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Keep in mind it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@moonfinds.store.
